  2. When we are just at home, barefooting is still the best once they started walking, however we have to be out once in a while and it's best to let them wear their shoes. I think for babies who have just started to walk, a soft-soled or natural leather shoes with velcro fasteners would be the best for them and yes, when you're out there looking for your baby's first pair, it would be best to take their measurements to make sure you're buying the right one.
